Anne Arundel County Bureau of Highways recently issued the following announcement.
The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) is leading the development of a new Regional Transit Plan for Central Maryland that will define public transportation goals over the next 25 years. MDOT MTA is collaborating with a broad range of partners, including a newly-formed Central Maryland Regional Transit Plan commission, local governments, transit providers, and area residents to develop a long-term vision for transit in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and Howard County. The Plan will address traditional transit (buses and trains) as well as explore new mobility options and technology to meet our region's transit needs. Join the Project Team to discuss the region's future transit needs.
