Howard High and Reservoir High are among Maryland high schools that reported the highest on-time graduation rates for the class of 2017, according to the latest Maryland Schools Report Card.
In the annual report, the Maryland State Department of Education releases data on enrollment, attendance, graduation rate and assessment results, among other metrics. Graduation rates are based on the number of students in a cohort who earned diplomas in a given year.
