Census Bureau: 75.6% of people in Howard County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 329,248 citizens living in Howard County in 2021, 75.6% were old enough to vote, equating to 248,776 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 120,617 were male, constituting 48.5%, and 128,159 were female, making up 51.5%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Howard County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.7%.
