In greater Portland, the average price is $3.1 and the lowest price is $2.65. Trends show the price as up.

The average price of unleaded gas in the state is $2.632 per gallon. The previous week, the state average was $2.677 per gallon. The average has decreased since last month, when it was $2.76 per gallon – a 12.8 cent difference.Last year, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.792.
