Anne Arundel Medical Center issued the following announcement on Sept. 21.
Ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths in women, according to the American Cancer Society. Unfortunately, many women don’t seek the help they need until the disease has developed and spread. Dr. Ravin J. Garg, medical oncologist at AAMC's Oncology and Hematology practice, explains what women should look out for.
