Howard County issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
We have a great new partnership with Howard County NSBE Jr. -National Society of Black Engineers-NGLA aimed at promoting academic excellence, technology awareness and personal development for ALL our students. Among other terms, HoCo NSBE Jr. will work with HCPSS staff to develop STEM programs and initiatives that provide leadership training and career exploration opportunities for students in grades 5-12.
