QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING

PB 440 - Lyhus Property (SP-17-010b)

Planning Board Role: Decision-Making Rules of Procedure Section 1.105

For approval of a Preliminary Equivalent Sketch Plan for a 71.09 acre, 20 lot subdivision, one buildable preservation parcel, and three non-buildable preservation parcels. The property is zoned “RR-DEO” (Rural Residential—Density Exchange Option) and is in the Tier III Growth Area. Therefore, it is subject to Senate Bill 236 “The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012.”

PB 441 - Columbia Sign Variance

Planning Board Role: Decision-Making Rules of Procedure Section 1.105

For approval of temporary signage within the Crescent Neighbor- hood for temporary wayfinding signage, identity signage, leasing signage, fence scrim and use of a barricade banner while the area is under construction until such time permanent signage is erected in accordance with the approved site development plans. A variance is required due to the quantity of signs proposed, sizing requirements, and the length of time the signage will be erected.

Planning Board Role: Decision-Making Rules of Procedure Section 1.106

For approval of the Site Development Plan (SDP-19-012) for one single family detached home and five townhome units on 0.50 acre. The property is zoned “PGCC” (Planned Golf Course Commuinty)
