Are you passionate about golf? We have an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Golf Division for Columbia Association.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for file management , processing invoices, purchase orders, record keeping, compliance management, inventory tracking, new and rehire paperwork, and other administrative duties. This position will report to both the Director of Golf Maintenance and the General Manager of Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club and Fairway Hills Golf Club.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 2-3 years of previous administrative support experience preferred.

3. Proven experience meeting and exceeding goals.

4. Computer systems experience required; experience with Google platform applications a plus.

5. Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life.
