Howard County Office of Emergency Management issued the following announcement on Oct. 3.
A Howard County construction project to replace a collapsed headwall in the vicinity of 5807 Trotter Road in Clarksville is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, October 8. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late October.
The northbound lane of Trotter Road at the project site will be closed to traffic for the duration of the work. Temporary traffic signals will be installed to manage traffic through the work zone. Signs will be in place to advise motorists of the new, temporary traffic pattern. A recorded message at 410-313-3637 will carry details and updates.
