Howard County Historical Society issued the following announcement.
Jointly hosted by Ellicott City Partnership, the Howard County Historical Society, Patapsco Heritage Greenway and Preservation Howard County

Doors will open at 6:30pm. Forum will officially begin at 6:45pm

***The moderator will ask ALL questions. Some mutually agreed upon questions will come from the collective effort of the hosting organizations. Other questions will come from audience members who will be invited to write questions on index cards that will be collected by designated members of the host organizations.
