Howard County Department of Public Works issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
Per the County's Department of Public Works' Bureau of Utilities, a water main break at the 9100 block of Snowden River Parkway has CLOSED Commerce Center Drive at Robert Fulton Drive, the back entrance to the Snowden Square shopping center. Robert Fulton Drive is still open in both directions. At this time, there are no reports of outages due to the break. The estimated time of closure is 12 hours.
