The Horizon Foundation, Gilchrist and St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church invite you to gather with family, friends and neighbors to watch the PBS FRONTLINE documentary Being Mortal, which explores what matters most to patients and families experiencing serious illness.
The film features acclaimed author and surgeon Dr. Atul Gawande. Two local physicians will also be available to answer questions and provide a roadmap for thinking about your own treatment decisions.
