Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department issued the following announcement on July 3.
Medic 127, Rescue Squad 12, Chief 12-1, and Captain 12-1 responded to Liberty Road at W Hemlock Drive for a vehicle collision.
Units arrived on scene and found a single vehicle into a pole. West Bound Liberty Road was shut down for a short amount of time while crews checked for injuries and cleaned up debris.
