Maryland residents paid $5,880 to attend the two-year public institution this year $133 more than the $5,747 charged for 2016-17.
Non-residents paid 18.4 percent more than residents this year, or $6,960. Their price tag grew 1.9 percent from $6,827 in 2016-17.
About 92 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Maryland residents. About 1 percent are residents of other states and 6 percent are citizens of other countries.
Data shows 52 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 532 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.43 million and 146 students took out student loans totaling more than $676,847.
Including all undergraduates, 3,755 students used grants or scholarships totaling $13.6 million. Another 1,202 took out $6.13 million in federal student loans.
