Graduates earn 351 degrees, certificates from Lincoln College of Technology-Columbia

About 47.6 percent of the 351 degrees and certificates handed out by the Lincoln College of Technology-Columbia in 2016-17 were to students in Mechanic and Repair Technologies/Technicians programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Columbia conferred 120 certificates and 47 associate's degrees in Mechanic and Repair Technologies/Technicians programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician. Data shows the school gave out 118 certificates in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician, followed by 106 certificates in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician and 47 associate's degrees in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician.

The college enrolled 672 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
