Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years in food service design and/or engineering, AutoCAD 2010 or greater (Revit a plus), experience with KCL and AutoQuotes, mechanical understanding and familiarity with current NSF standards.
Responsibilities:
Design new food service layouts, analyze design to meet requirements for functionality, quality and budget, work with vendors to provide needed input to develop specs for the overall design, prepare and review engineering drawings, develop project plans, manage projects and report progress and status to design team, assist in value engineering, evaluate products to determine effectiveness and customer satisfaction, field surveying, detail drawing development.
