Hmc issued the following announcement.

We are currently seeking applicants for the positions listed below.

Cabinet Makers

Minimum 5 years experience with assembly and applications of custom plastic laminate work, ability to read and work from blueprint drawings, must have reliable transportation and the ability to work from 6:30am-3:00pm.

Interior Designer

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of design experience working in hospitality, higher education, healthcare and/or government, Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program, NCIDQ a plus.

Responsibilities:

Programming, space planning, conceptual design through construction documentation including: FF&E specifications. Must understand, document and detail interior applications of finishes and millwork designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, interaction and coordination with clients, consultants and vendors.

Construction Superintendent

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in food service construction, ability to read and understand construction drawings, ability to communicate with engineers/architects/consultants, ability to manage job-site subcontractors and suppliers, ability to develop detailed construction and project schedules, experience tracking and staying on schedule and budget, understanding of inspection processes, tilt wall experience and OSHA certification a plus.

Responsibilities:

Field surveying and management, developing project schedules and timelines, on-site management, maintaining quality control, write regular field reports, collaborate with owner, architect and overall project team, project close-out (punch list, occupancy and final acceptance).
