Columbia Association issued the following announcement on July 27.

We have removed swing set frames from several tot lots due to the frames no longer meeting safety standards for continued service. Over time, we will replace these swing sets so that kids and families can fully (and safely) enjoy the more than 160 tot lots in our community.
