Columbia Association issued the following announcement on July 30.

Camp: Grand Slam Tennis; and Tennis, Golf and Swim

Hometown: Ellicott City

What do you love most about CA summer camp?

– I love working with the campers. This will be my 13th summer working with Columbia Association. I like to help the campers learn new techniques on how to play tennis or play golf. I also love building new relationships with campers and seeing returning campers.

What’s the best part about being a summer camp director?

– The best part is the ability to help counselors learn and grow. I always try to make sure that the counselors have all the fun and I deal with all the stress of the camp problems, if they arise.

What’s a fun fact about yourself?

– I play softball five days a week. I am a fraternal twin. I enjoy summer and the outdoors — the hotter, the better!

What are you looking forward to this year at summer camp?

– I am looking forward to having fun this summer and helping the campers with sportsmanship. I am a big fan of respect and good sportsmanship.
